Acceptance of terms
By using TEEKAFIT, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. Do not use the app if you do not agree to them.
Eligibility
You must be legally permitted to use TEEKAFIT where you live. If you are not old enough to agree to these terms on your own, you may use the app only with permission from a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for protecting access to your device and sign-in account, keeping any password confidential, using password recovery when needed, providing accurate information, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
Free trial, price, and automatic renewal
Where configured and where you are eligible, the relevant store may offer a 7‑day free trial for new subscribers. An introductory trial is not guaranteed to every user.
After an applicable trial, the subscription becomes a paid monthly subscription at the local price displayed by the store where you purchase unless you cancel according to that store's subscription terms. The subscription then renews automatically each month until canceled. The Apple App Store or Google Play displays the controlling price, currency, purchase terms, and any applicable taxes before purchase; TEEKAFIT does not state a fixed universal price in these terms.
Purchases, restoration, management, and refunds
Subscription purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where you purchase, and RevenueCat manages subscription status and purchase coordination. Use Restore Purchases in the TEEKAFIT Premium paywall to request restoration of an eligible existing purchase through the relevant store and RevenueCat; restoration does not create a new purchase.
Use Manage Subscription in TEEKAFIT, or the subscription settings of the store where you purchased, to view, change, or cancel your subscription. That store handles billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund or payment mechanics under its policies and applicable law.
Medical and fitness disclaimer
TEEKAFIT is a fitness‑tracking tool. It is not a medical service, healthcare provider, or medical device, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not make medical decisions based solely on TEEKAFIT. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical or health concerns, especially before beginning a new exercise program.
Measurement and calculation accuracy
Fitness values shown in TEEKAFIT may be user‑provided, device‑provided, calculated, derived, or estimated, and are not guaranteed to be fully accurate. They can be affected by user input, sensor accuracy, calculation methods, missing data, synchronization timing, and device or platform limitations.
User information
You are responsible for reviewing the workout, water, step, body, goal, and other information you enter or permit your device to provide, and for using the app in a manner appropriate to your own condition and circumstances.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse TEEKAFIT, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, upload harmful content, or use it unlawfully or in a way that violates another person's rights.
Intellectual property
TEEKAFIT branding, interface, and original software belong to its independent developer or applicable licensors and are protected as permitted by law. These terms do not transfer ownership of the app or its content to you.
Availability and changes
Features can change or become unavailable because of development, maintenance, connectivity, device or platform limitations, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Changes made while offline may remain pending in the app until connectivity returns.
Restriction or suspension
Access may be restricted or suspended when reasonably necessary to address misuse, fraud, security risks, unauthorized access, harm to users or the service, or legal requirements. You may contact Support if you believe a restriction was applied in error.
Account deletion
You may permanently delete your authenticated TEEKAFIT account from Settings in the app, as described on the Delete Account page. Deletion cannot be undone once the server confirms it. The mobile app does not treat signing out, uninstalling the app, or clearing local data alone as account deletion.
Deleting your TEEKAFIT account or uninstalling TEEKAFIT does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store subscription or Google Play subscription. To prevent future renewals, manage or cancel it separately through the store where you purchased it. Cancelling first is not required to delete your TEEKAFIT account. The current deletion flow detaches the local RevenueCat identity but does not request deletion of the RevenueCat server-side customer record; purchase and transaction records may remain under the relevant provider policies and legal requirements.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you use TEEKAFIT at your own risk. TEEKAFIT is provided on an as-available basis, and uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited where you live.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as TEEKAFIT changes. Material production updates should be communicated appropriately, and continued use after an effective update may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
